As they say, it takes a village, and the Straand village is a pretty special one!

They don’t come more accomplished! Sarah knows a thing or two about what it takes to build a beauty business and is passionate about products that do what they say they will do. She helps us look around corners every day, keeping the Straand train on the tracks. 

With deep experience distributing brands through Asia, Jeremy’s foresight saw the gap in the  market for Straand.  Strategic, suave and with a keen eye on the $$, Jeremy nurtures our investor relationships and is the glue (and dad joke champion) of the team.

When it comes to developing divine, hard-working products and packaging, Nick has made a career of it (think brands like Aesop).  With an extraodinary talent in blending hard-working ingredients with sensorially beautiful fragrances and textures, Nick is the mastermind behind our Straand range.

Obsessed with all things beauty and with a background in makeup artistry, publications and brand strategy, Megan is across every trend and deeply in tune with what our consumers want – before they even know themselves.  A dandruff-sufferer herself with an incredibly sensitive scalp, Meags is also our chief crash-test dummy!

You make the product, and I’ll take it to the people”, says Tim, our lawyer-turned entrepreneur. With decades of experience in global trade and distribution, there’s no market Tim hasn’t covered.  Tim’s mission is to ensure Straand makes its way into all the right places (and eventually your bathroom!).
